Jan assists our team of lawyers in advising local and international clients in the fields of corporate and M&A, dispute resolution, insolvency, and administrative and tax legal matters. He predominantly focuses on corporate law, especially on matters related to company mergers, corporate governance, and compliance with local regulations.

Jan obtained his bachelor’s degree at the New University of Nova Gorica, European Faculty of Law.

Jan is fluent in English, Serbian, and Slovenian.
